Uncle Bob’s Catering-has been family-owned and operated since 2009. As our business has grown, we have made the decision to close our dine-in restaurant in order to focus fully on what we do best—exceptional catering.

We specialize in wedding catering, corporate deliveries, and church events, offering both full-service and drop-off options. We deliver quality food, consistent service, and a trusted team.

Our story starts -back when Uncle Bob was growing up on an Angus cattle farm in Woodbury, Georgia and Terri in a small town outside of Dallas, Texas. Though we came from different places, we shared the same values: a deep love for family, a strong faith in God, and a passion for honest hard work. Family owned and operated since 2009 -Uncle Bob’s is a place where family, faith and flavor come together.

Our Story

Who We Are

Bob and Terri Blalock

Our journey began in 2009 with a simple passion: making Uncle Bob’s BBQ Sauces. What started in our family kitchen quickly grew into something more, and by 2010, we opened a small seasonal BBQ restaurant, serving up BBQ goodness and homemade BBQ sauces to our local lake community.

Word spread and so did the possibilities. In 2015, we found our calling in wedding catering-bringing our signature flavors and warm hospitality to couples on their special day. As the demand grew, so did our family and our dream.

In 2022, we proudly purchased our own property, turning our vision into a permanent home.
Today, with the help of our oldest son, Brandon and our Uncle Bob’s family, catering business continues to thrive, rooted in tradition, built on love and made from scratch recipes.

Slow-Smoked Meats:

Brisket, Smoked Sausage, Pork Ribs and our signature Georgia Juice Chicken. Uncle Bob can be found in our smokehouse daily and making lunch deliveries to our amazing corporate clients.

Premium Sides & A La Carte Options:

Brisket Green Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, BBQ Pinto Beans, Mac N Cheese and Mashed Potatoes (Mashed potatoes are offered for catering events only)

Full-Service Catering:

We offer professional staffing, setup, buffet service, and cleanup—so you can relax and enjoy your event.
