After years of firing up the smoker, perfecting our sauces, and serving this community we love, Bob and Terri Blalock have decided it’s time to retire.

What started back in 2009 as a small-town passion for barbecue grew into something we never could have imagined — from our first seasonal spot on the lake, to two restaurants, to catering weddings, church events, and corporate gatherings across Montgomery County, Conroe, and beyond. Through it all, one thing never changed: our commitment to family, faith, and flavor.

None of this would have been possible without you — our patrons, our friends, and our extended family. Every order, every event, every kind word over the years has meant the world to us. You welcomed us into your celebrations, your holidays, and your everyday lives, and we are endlessly grateful.

As we close this chapter, we do so with full hearts and endless gratitude for the life this business — and this community — gave us.
